Fréjus DOSSOU is a multidisciplinary executive who holds an MBA with a specialisation in Business Management from the Mercure University Foundation in Brussels, a Master’s degree in Business Law and Legal Careers from the University of Abomey-Calavi, and a Higher Technical Certificate in Insurance from the Catholic University of West Africa in Cotonou.
Under his leadership, NSIA Vie Assurances Bénin:
- Increased its turnover by 60% in three years,
- Became the market leader in Benin’s insurance sector, across all lines of business,
- Launched the insurance market’s first interactive kiosk,
- Launched the insurance market’s first digital microinsurance product in Benin,
- Launched NSIA One.
