• Improved Star Assurance Company's credit rating from "A" in 2015 to "A+" in 2016 by the Global Credit Rating Company for claims paying ability.

• Expanded the Company’s products distribution channels from 243 in 2015 to 255 in 2016.

• A major sponsor of the Ghanaian TV Program “Eye On Port”. This program brings the activities of the port of Ghana closer to the general public.

• Led the Company to increase its Gross Premium Income and Shareholder’s Funds by 30.51% and 27.04% respectively in 2016.

• Led the Company to record a gross premium income growth of 109.73% over the 2013-2016 underwriting period.

• Led the Company to be a Member of “Ghana Club 100” in 2016. It is a group of the top 100 blue chip companies in Ghana.

• Led the Company to implement an easy, fast, safe and secured, and convenient premium payment.

• Led the Company to organize the foremost National Insurance Forum in 2015 for the Oil and Gas sector in Ghana.

• Led WAICA Reinsurance Corporation Plc as the Board Chairman to improve its Gross Premium Income from US$35,057.00 in 2011 to US$47,999,027.00 in 2016.

• Led WAICA Reinsurance Corporation Plc as the Board Chairman to improve its Shareholders Funds from US$6,215,007.00 in 2011 to US$62,866,892.00 in 2016.

• Led Sirius Capital Limited to become one of Ghana’s leading Asset Management and Mutual Fund firms on appointment as the Board Chairman in January 2014.
